Quality Sleep

Hola!

I love you all.

Sometimes we ask ourself, “How much sleep did I get last night?”. We then count the hours and use that length of time as our answer.

Quality sleep comes from more than just the amount of hours in slumber. Quality includes how well rested and recovered you feel when waking up and throughout the day. It includes how you prepare for sleep just before bed as well as how you prepare for sleep immediately after waking up.

As I continue to refine my sleep routine I find it keeps me accountable for almost everything else. Only second to being a father is sleep in my priorities.
