Today for you I have a post about my belief that most illness in this country (USA) is from the food we eat.

I also think a lot of illness can be remedied (not all) with food we do not eat.

I have been eating more soup lately and soup is a good example of what I am talking about.

Back in the day I remember commercials for Campbell’s Chicken Noodle Soup. The soup transformed a sniffling snowman into a warm joyful lad (basically). The advertisement suggest comfort food and where to find it, apparently in a can.

There is some truth to the ad but if you look at the ingredients and preparation, distribution/storage method via the canned soup you might not think “healthy”.

However if you were to make that soup at home with fresh ingredients (homemade chicken noodle soup) it can be everything the ad suggests however you find it in a can or from Campbell’s.
