I heard this from something or somewhere once and it really resonated with me.

“You go quicker alone, further together”

Just like it is said that two heads are better than one, there is strength in numbers.

Whether it’s a relationship with another, a community or a united nation… world, this is true.

Next time you tie your shoes use one hand. Next time you are cold imagine having less layers. Imagine what it would be like to only be able to rely on yourself.

It will be obvious when it’s distance you prioritize over pace or vice versa what is most contextually appropriate.
