What are your favorite kind of shoes? Slippers, flip flops, tennis shoes, boots, rain boots? all the different types of shoes and our feet appreciate it. It’s also important to strengthen your feet by walking barefoot sometimes when safe. Also be aware a lot of shoes aren’t healthy to be worn for long periods of time because of the toe box being cramped as well as introducing something to your foot that requires you to manipulate your gate to be able to resemble your natural tendency.
Comfy is good unless it weakens you.
