Sleep is the most important routine I have. It is important to find balance when it comes to recovery and growth. Recover so that you can grow, not the other way around.

Our foundation each day rest on a grade of quality sleep. Stronger your sleep, more even and sound what goes above. With poor quality sleep, and worse consecutive or regular nights of poor sleep would be to build on top of a steep hill with your back to the level valley.
