I am starting a new series on the blog where I will be sharing some of the things I see while out and about on foot. It will be called as is the title of this post, “On Foot🦶🏼”.

Today I walked from home to the near by park and fish ladder.

Speaking of fish ladder, I got my two new favorite tattoos at the Fish Ladder tattoo shop. MC❤️

I like the idea of getting some fresh air and movement while also taking moments to be present while capturing photos and videos with a specific intent. This allows me to refresh and focus the mind by having a specific task at hand instead of whatever I was contemplating while out and about.
