 Have you ever heard the expression “The Bee’s Knees” (or other animal related expressions like “The Cat’s Pajamas”)?

I wanted to know what it meant and where it came from so I looked it up.

It means an excellent or much liked person or thing.

It comes from slang (vocabulary used between people belong to a specific group or location) of an earlier era, the 1920s.

I don’t have much to add to this post other than, you are in my opinion, the bee’s knees 🐝
