Today I want to talk about SINGING❕

I love to sing

I sing every day

I sing songs I know and sometimes write songs myself (mostly about my late doggy named “Sigfreed”)

I have always loved music (listening and creating) and I always will

If I am ever going through a tough time one way I know I am feeling better is when I sing

I never sing when I am sad and if I am singing I am usually happy or at least happy while I sing

Singing is done by every culture around the world and is one of the oldest forms of communication

Some say math is the universal language but I think it is music

“I Love My Kids” is something I say every day… that would be the name of my song if I could only sing one song ever again

Believe in yourself

Don’t be hard on yourself

Allow yourself to see what is possible

Never let doubt be the thing that prevents you from trying to achieve what you desire most

Remember your wins

Learn when you lose

Have fun along the way

You have more influence over your health and happiness than you know
