Today I want to talk about post that are similar to previous post

It is not my intention to write a post that is nearly identical to a previous post however I do not mind if and when this occurs

The reasons I am more than ok with a “redundant” post is for the following:

1. It was not my intention considering the intent is to create a unique post every time one is published but my intention also is to speak from my heart
2. If I am speaking from the heart surely there will be things I will revisit when it is a matter of importance
3. The phrasing my be slightly different so the information that was previously shared my be drilled in or resonate more when phrased differently
4. I also am reading these post in real time and I am reenforcing my thoughts and feelings to and for myself

So if you are ever reading a post that sounds or feels similar to a previous post know that I obviously really mean it or I want you to hear it again with the hopes it will be clearly understood
