Today I have another personal music challenge to share with you.

Near the end of 2024 I posted the first music challenge on our blog and it was a guitar challenge (here is that post below).

RIFF CHALLENGE #1 🎸🎸

The second challenge is a vocal challenge.

I have a country vocal melody that I wrote years ago that today I did a rough recording in one take with no editing, mixing or post production of any kind. The challenge is to incorporate the vocal recording into a complete song.

There will not be a time frame attached to this challenge however my intention is to complete the challenge before posting a new music challenge and I want to do one music challenge a month in 2025 starting today.

I like the idea of monthly music challenges so it keeps me motivated and accountable with something that I want to do and also something unique to share with you that represents me.

Here is the vocal recording that I will be incorporating into a song

I will post the result of the “challenge complete” version as soon as it is done.
