I hope everything is GREAT with you and at home 🥰

Today, for you, I have a post about the future.

When I say future, in a way, I mean our future but also my future and your future.

When I become distracted or observe thoughts of doubt I remind myself to return to my intent and with whatever it was I was doing by saying these two things which are connected.

First I say either “I love my kids” or “Eyes to the future” and then second I will say the other and most often repeat or close with “I love my kids”.

These two phrases are meant to release me from what has captured my attention with something more powerful than my thoughts and that is my love for you. The phrase about the future honestly means “think about my kids” and our shared future which I cannot wait to experience again.

“I love my kids” is said with the literal intent to declare and speak my love for you into the universe.

What do you do when you notice you have become distracted❓

REPEAT THESE TWO STEPS EVERY DAY

LOVE TRY REPEAT

Believe in yourself

Don’t be hard on yourself

Allow yourself to see what is possible

Never let doubt be the thing that prevents you from trying to achieve what you desire most

Remember your wins

Learn from your mistakes

Have fun along the way

You have more influence over your health and happiness than you know
