I hope everything is GREAT with you and at home 🥰

Today, for you, I have a post with an update on some of the things I have mentioned on this blog that I have been working on.

I have mentioned finances recently in various post so today I will focus more on health related goals.

I have been doing great with some things, good on others and in some areas I am still working on gaining momentum.

I am going to share categorically how I am doing.

Movement: Good – I am doing yoga again and continue to go for short walks on a daily basis. I rode my bike the first time this year a few days ago and plan on getting into a regular resistance training routine at home.

Nutrition: Good = I am eating less pies 😛 , eating at home for the most part although I have grabbed some to go orders recently but not without consideration. Being mindful with sugar is getting better as well as antiquate protein consumption for my lifestyle.

Rest: Great – I have been getting restful sleep consistently and on days that have not I committed to laying in bed with my eyes closed if not sleeping to connect an acceptable amount of time recovering.

Our Blog: Great – I am happy and proud of the fact that this is probably the thing I have been the most consistent with when it comes to the goals I have shared with you.

Education: Great – I am doing well in school and will be finishing the semester in the next month. I could be doing more independent research however I have been doing it regularly.

Music: Pending – I have not been working on music much at all and this is an area I am going to put more energy into

Writing: Good – It would be great if the only writing I wanted to do was our blog but I also want to write post for my website and my book. Although I write daily, I would like to have a routine that includes the website and the book like I have with our blog.

I will update you again next month and there will be at least one more great to share.
