I hope everything is GREAT with you and at home 🥰

Today, for you, I have a post about toys and symbols.

A symbol can be many things that has a meaning but there are also things that can be symbolic that has a meaning that is what would be how you would identify the thing that is symbolic.

For example I have various “toys” on my desk.

The toys in the image above are not meant to be played with although they once were. Now they are symbols of love in the form of what they remind me of… and that reminder is of you. For example, the werewolves and Godzilla action figures were toys that we used to play with when we were spending time together. The paw print key chain was never meant to be a decorative addition to a keychain but an intentional reminder of you. The Mario mushroom is a symbol of a transition period to the life I am living now, not that it was another life but a symbol of the path I am on now having more time traveled than the life choices and approach when experimenting finding my approach.

The point of this post is to say that we can attach meaning to things that have a name and meaning already but now represent something else to you that makes it something else than what it was.

The other point of this post was in addition to the pic of my desk used for an example of symbolic meaning attached to the “toys” is another example and reminder of your influence on my daily life.

In my apartment there examples of your influence more than anyone else and I think it not only makes the place look better but feel better too.
