Today, for you, I have a post about your dad… me❕

As we are entering the summer next month I thought I would share a portrait of me now and again at the end of summer.

I want to see how different I will look after 4 months of eating right and hydrating appropriately, exercising regularly and sleeping well.

Instead of a full body photo I went with a portrait with sunglasses because the shape of my face should be more noticeable if there is a difference.
