I hope everything is GREAT with you and at home 🥰

Today, for you, I have a post about SUDOKU including a sudoku puzzle (you may remember these from my hand written letters).

The word “sudoku” is Japanese and roughly translates to “single number” or “number is single”.

I hope you enjoyed the puzzles I have sent to you previously and the reason today’s puzzle I will share is more easy than some of the previous puzzles I sent you is because one of you may not have seen this type of puzzle before so it is meant to be solved by someone new to sudoku.

I was trying to think of a puzzle that I could post on this blog and without redirecting with a link the thing that made the most sense that would be able to be posted was a number puzzle.

In the future I may set up a portion of my other website to be redirected to from our blog that will allow more interactive features.

From time to time I like to include words from our “word of the day” located near the top of each post to be a word that remains the same in any language to highlight the fact that a name (noun) remains the same in any language although some people will attempt to translate it in various ways but John is always John even though there may be versions of the name in another language it will still be John not Juan unless your name is Juan.

The puzzle below is a square with 4 squares inside (highlighted with bold lines) that each contain 4 squares. Solve puzzle by putting a 1, 2, 3 and 4 in each bold square and having each vertical and horizontal line containing 1, 2, 3 and 4. There is only one way to do it so if you notice one of the bold squares has a number used more than once or if in any up and down or left to right lines contains a duplicate number that means one or more of the numbers is not in the correct position.
