Today, for you, I have a post about this smart lil fella below.

While on my lunch break at school today I was walking downtown and I saw the squirrel above “waiting” outside of the Peanut Shop.

Turns out it really was waiting because only seconds after taking the photo two women walked out with a handful of nuts.

The squirrel followed the women as they walked over to a nearby tree and placed the nuts on the ground and the squirrel’s patience was rewarded.

I thought you might like this short and sweet story.

Patience pays and animals are smarter than we sometimes think.
