GOOD MORNING TO THE SON AND THE SKY❕👋🏼
INTERNACIONAL {in-ter-na-c-o-nal} / INTERNATIONAL (INTERNATIONALE) {awn-tare-na-syo-nal (awn-tare-na-syo-nal)} = “INTERNATIONAL” IN SPANISH 🇲🇽 / FRENCH 🇫🇷
I LOVE YOU 💓
Howl you doing❓
I hope everything is GREAT with you and at home 🥰
Today, for you, I have a post about wiggle room.
When I see “wiggle room” I am referring to the concept of margin of error proactively considered.
When I mean by that, when you are considering both something that affords you the opportunity to be less precise (whether you are able to be more precise or not like a dinner check estimate) and considerations of what might occur that is something that would not come up during proactive brainstorming for various reasons (like a child left unchecked running around a restaurant tripping a waiter destroying food and supplies in the process resulting in the dinner check being much more than what the cost of the dinner included that evening).
If you were going to go on a trip that takes 3 hours and you leave 3 hours before you are supposed to arrive you have provided no “wiggle room” for anything that may occur along the way that would cause your travel time to be 1 minute later than expected and now if anything occurs you are going to be late.
You could consider departing 30 minutes previous than before giving you 3 hours and 30 minutes to arrive to some place that takes 3 hours to get there. If all goes to plan you arrive 30 minutes early rather than late and if anything occurs along the 3 hour trip that is less than a total of 29 minutes added to the trip you are still within your wiggle room and that allows you to be not just on time but feel prepared for both the trip (route) and journey (what happens in route).
Give yourself wiggle room and this can include not just time, but anything you want to be conservative or gracious with. Like being hard on ourself does not need to occur especially if it is because you aren’t giving yourself some wiggle room with your expectations.
Progress takes time, perpetual progress takes even more time.
I LOVE YOU❕
