Today, for you, I have a post about my thoughts on the concept of relief and the different types of relief.

There is the “Something is happening or might happen you would prefer otherwise” and the “although there is nothing to be relieved from literally the difference in context with the associated feeling one might have in the presence of different context.

Last Night (technically Mar 08 right now) I thought I had school tomorrow on Monday. I was preparing for the school week when I realized I am on spring break.

I celebrated with a “Let’s Go!”.

Then I realized I was celebrating having the relief from the pressure I put on myself associated with the semester.

In a way that I would describe as a moment of reflection that had a net positive description having considered the pressure I put on myself being accountability rather than pressure in a way I was happy to notice the thing I was relieved to do was something nobody told me to do in that I was the only person that decided that I wanted to go to school again for the third semester in a row which is symbolic of my pursuit to continue to improve and grow as a HuMan and as a Father.

There is a big difference in relief from something I am putting in my own life rather than the relief from putting something in your own life that you thought after having done so would contribute to a result being a net positive experience. When it is revealed that the result was something that was not what you had hoped it was not the sense of relief is experienced in a different way. In this context you are experiencing what would be neutral as positive in a real way that is positive.

In the context of spring break, I was neutral (preparing for Monday) and then positive (finding out a had a whole week until I needed to prepare for my “next” Monday) in a way that it was a net positive. I am still feeling that boost in positive vibe as I type this post.
