I LOVE YOU 💓
Howl you doing❓
I hope everything is GREAT with you and at home 🥰
Today for you I have a post about cousins.
I know you have fond memories of and also have yet to meet all of your cousins.
It is common for cousins to be some of our closest family and “friends” when growing up and sometimes even later in life.
This was true for me and also true for you.
Although living near cousins may not be true now I am grateful it once was to allow you the opportunity to experience having cousins to spend time with early in life.
I seen some of your cousins today and they miss you and I hope one day soon you can hang out with them again.
Not everyone is lucky enough to have cousins or cousins around the same age to be able to bond and create lasting memories with one another.
I am grateful you were able to experience and appreciate cousins like I did.

Today for you I have a post about my return to Hot Yoga 😎
It has been well over a year since I have been in a yoga studio. Today I broke that dry spell with a sweaty splash with my return to a home away from home in Yoga Connect Lansing and took the “Friday Night Flow” hot yoga class.
I was somewhat surprised with how easy it was for me to not only complete the entire hour without any breaks but also push myself while doing so.
The class was instructed by a teacher I have not had before but everything else was familiar right down to the smell.
The pace felt great and an hour whizzed on by which is an indicator that I was present and in a “flow state” (being able to remain present and focused on the task at hand).
My mind and body immediately appreciated the previous hour upon completion of the class and I am happy that I was not only back in the studio but excited to make it a regular activity throughout the weeks ahead.
I have and will continue to share yoga as a topic however as far as updates with my practice only milestones and “special” occasions seem worth mentioning.
Is there anything you have not done in a while that you would like to do❓

PRIMAVERA / PRINTEMPS = “SPRING” IN SPANISH 🇲🇽 / FRENCH 🇫🇷
I LOVE YOU 💓
Howl you doing❓
I hope everything is GREAT with you and at home 🥰
Today for you I have a post about Spring and the arrival of warmer weather.
It has been a fairly cold winter and soon it will be another season that will look and feel very different, spring.
One of the things that I look forward to the most is riding my bike. I rode more miles last year on my bike than the previous 10 years combined.
I am also looking forward to not having to wear layers, winter coats, gloves and hats just to go for a 10 minute walk.
I also like the idea of not having to stomp my boots to get all the snow off to not bring snow into my home. I do not like wet socks and there will be less wet socks in my near future.
I did enjoy the beauty of a snow covered landscape and the icicles decorating the city buildings along the streets in addition to the Christmas lights that have been yet to be taken down (bonus if they remain after the holidays).
I also enjoyed the crisp air and smell of winter as an invigorating boost when heading out the door to handle the tasks of the day.
Considering I have been getting around by foot, public transportation and my bike as the primary means of transportation for the last two years, as it warms up I can use the familiarity with that approach to spend less time navigating and planning my routes to appreciating what can be observed from here to there.
This year I plan on taking more walks with the intention of taking longer and scenic routes without another motivation being the main reason I am out and about (pies) and learning how to service my bike so I have less of a need for the local bike shop to bail me out when an issue with my bike occurs.
What are you looking forward to with the warmer weather around the corner? What will you be excited about for next winter?
Enjoy the weather any way you can❕

AGRADECIDO(A) / RECONNAISSANT(E) = “GRATEFUL” IN SPANISH 🇲🇽 / FRENCH 🇫🇷 (FEMININE)
I LOVE YOU 💓
Howl you doing❓
I hope everything is GREAT with you and at home 🥰
Today for you I have a post about GRATUITY and being GRATEFUL.
I am grateful for each day and intentionally practice gratuity outside moments I observe opportunities to express my gratitude.
The more I practice gratitude the more it seems opportunities to express my gratitude exist.
For example when someone does something with you in mind that they think you would appreciate it is an opportunity to express your gratitude to that person with something that acknowledges the effort perhaps with but not limited to saying “thank you”.
Moments similar to the example above are experienced fairly regularly and when doing things for others that you think they would appreciate it increases these moments you will experience.
You can also be grateful for things like the opportunities, weather, someone recovering from illness or any given experience.
I take time with the intent to be a daily habit to manufacture moments of gratuity by focusing on what I am and could be grateful for in the form of writing down things I am grateful for and being present when interacting with others or during any given experience when an opportunity may present itself for which I am grateful and express my gratuity to whom or what made me grateful.
I hope you take time to notice, ask yourself and appreciate that what makes you grateful when you have become aware that you are.
Always let others know when you are grateful for them and or what they did so the gratuity is recognized by others and can accompany the experience in the present moment or memory when your gratuity is observed.
I am most GRATEFUL FOR YOU❕

Today for you I have a post about “The Great Lakes”.
The Great Lakes are the only freshwater sources of fish I will eat outside of the ocean, because they taste less like pond water.
I also prefer swimming in the Great Lakes over any other body of water including the ocean because cleanliness and safety from marine predators.
I also like how close we are to Lake Michigan and should visit more often to gaze into a horizon that is the furthest away and nothing but water.
Here are some interesting facts about The Great Lakes:
1. Largest Freshwater System: The Great Lakes — Superior, Michigan, Huron, Erie, and Ontario — make up the largest group of freshwater lakes on Earth by total surface area, covering about 94,600 square miles (245,000 km²).
2. 20% of the World’s Freshwater: They contain about 20% of the world’s surface freshwater and about 84% of North America’s freshwater.
3. Lake Superior’s Size: Lake Superior is the largest, deepest, and coldest of the five. It’s the largest freshwater lake in the world by surface area and could hold the water from all the other Great Lakes combined — with room to spare.
4. Shipwrecks Galore: The Great Lakes have thousands of shipwrecks, with estimates ranging between 6,000 and 8,000. Lake Superior alone is home to the famous wreck of the SS Edmund Fitzgerald, which sank in 1975.
5. Border Between Two Countries: The Great Lakes form part of the border between the United States and Canada, touching eight U.S. states and the Canadian province of Ontario.
6. Unique Ecosystem: They support a rich and diverse ecosystem with more than 3,500 species of plants and animals, including many found nowhere else in the world.
7. Lake Michigan’s Uniqueness: Lake Michigan is the only Great Lake entirely within the United States. The others are shared with Canada.
8. Formation: The Great Lakes were formed about 14,000 years ago during the last Ice Age, when melting glaciers carved out the basins and filled them with water.
9. Coastline Length: The total shoreline of the Great Lakes is about 10,900 miles (17,549 km) — longer than the coastline of the entire continental United States.
10. Weather Impact: The lakes have a huge influence on weather in the region, creating lake-effect snow in winter and moderating temperatures in nearby areas year-round.
What fact did you find most interesting? I was surprised to find out the total length of the Great Lakes coastline was greater than the continental coastline.

Howl you doing❓
I hope everything is GREAT with you and at home 🥰
Today for you I have a post about something exciting and fun to do and even fun to think about and look forward to and that traveling and visiting museums in unique cities with you. 😀
The plan is to map out starting from closest to home and eventually outward, visiting different unique cities and their most popular museum and an activity that is unique to that city that you choose that would be preferably something you have not experienced previously.
The plan when possible and at least initially would be to travel to each city by train so the commute is a part of the experience that is also a part of the trip that is fun and is consistent like the museum.
Imagine going to Chicago, New York City, Boston and other famous and historic cities that would include something similar yet unique each time. The train ride and visiting a museum being a part of each trip would allow us to compare each experience with something that would make the destination have a continuity with theme and stand out in ways that would be specific to that city and what activity you chose.
If each year we visit a different city with this intent, in half a decade you would have over a dozen memories that could look very different while becoming an experienced traveler familiar with traveling by train, exploring and navigating major cities when finding and visiting the museum and depending on what activity you chose the minimum of having a memory of that city and experience had that would lend to more educated decisions tailored to your preferences for future choices in following trips.
Not only would the experience be fun, with knowledge of what city it is you are traveling to, each year you would be able to take your time preparing and having fun researching what activity you want to choose, look forward to that activity once you decide what it is you want to do plus look forward to the train ride and trip as a whole to include visiting a museum. Additionally you can check off another city and maybe state with each trip of places you have visited.
The list as of now includes the cities mentioned at the beginning of this post and would kick off with Michigan’s Upper Peninsula taking us across the Mackinaw Bridge to visit Dark Sky Park, Mackinaw Island and an activity of your choice available only in the “U.P.”. The list will have additional cities added that will become the second and third cities visited once you decide what cities to add.
I can’t wait to travel, learn and experience what our great country has to offer with the most important and special people in the world to me who I LOVE more than anything… YOU❕🫵🏻

Today for you I have a post about our home state and a brief history of its inhabitants.
Over 500 million years ago, believe it or not Michigan was covered with shallow tropical waters that including its first inhabitants which were sea creatures including Coral, Trilobites and Brachiopods. 🪸
There were no Dinosaurs in Michigan that left bones behind and not even much of anything outside of what was found in the sea.
This changed when millions of years later (between 12.000 and 2.6 million years ago) during the Ice Age with the frozen ground featured new inhabitants to include Mammoths and Mastodons. 🦣
Fast-forward to the end of the Ice Age and Michigan saw its first humans inhabit the land as warmer weather caused the glaciers covering our state (more on these tomorrow) to reveal land that was now hunting ground for humans.
As time went on the hunter gatherers living in what is now modern day Michigan advanced technology and culture that would evolve into some of America’s recognized first native inhabitants to include the Anishinaabe tribes still found in Michigan today among other tribes also still present.
After the arrival of humans from other continents over 400 years ago specifically Europe, the land began to look more diverse with the types of cultures that inhabited this land. English seeking a home in a land free of religious persecution arrived in America and those early colonist would later establishthe United States of America that united colonies along the Atlantic Coast and modern day neighboring states of the Atlantic.
Now in modern day Michigan you can find people from every corner of the earth and the cultures they bring with them that contributes to our country and state culture.
You are only 3rd generation Americans considering some of your great grandparents are immigrants from Spain and Mexico.
Do you ever use your right hand as a map and point to a spot on your hand representing where you live in Michigan (a common Michigander reference)❓

INTENCIÓN / INTENTION = “INTENT & INTENTION” IN SPANISH 🇲🇽 / FRENCH 🇫🇷
I LOVE YOU 💓
Howl you doing❓
I hope everything is GREAT with you and at home 🥰
Today for you I have a post about a few things that I have an intention to once again make a part of my daily routine and I figured if I do a DECLARATION OF INTENT and not just say it into the universe but say it to my kids then I will feel like it is something that I can have as a loving reminder when I visit this blog each day and extra motivation to follow through with my intentions because you are aware of my intentions in which I will return that I declare on this post. What I will not do is say that it is something that is “for you” because I do not want to let you down if I fall short not with any obligations but secondary intentions that are meant to improve who I am. I will say that my intentions are for me however they will help me be around longer and be a better version of myself with respect to my potential and because of you and my desire to be around as long as possible to experience what I can of your lives that this is more than about me.
I have declared a few intentions on this blog and I have yet to follow through with all of them however I remain accountable and I will make sure to be able to say that if I post an intent on our blog I will honor that but in my defense we are talking about a number I can count on one hand.
I have been doing pretty good so far this year with my 2025 intentions. I am 100 percent with following through with all my obligations and even if I have forgot anything that I have not followed through with it would be 99 percent which is above my minimum 90 percent threshold that represents satisfactory results. When it comes to things I am currently working on I am doing well but I do want to continue to work on these secondary intentions to get them above 90 percent. The primary focus is to ensure my obligations are the priority and honored then secondary intentions can be addressed.
Here below is a list of my secondary intentions in no particular order after reflecting on 2025 so far:
Continue To Learn Everyday – When an opportunity presents itself to learn try to be present so that the lesson or lessons can be observed and continue adding intentional moments dedicated to learning and practice discipline while doing so with the continuation of my independent research, foreign language practice and consuming educational content on a daily basis. I want to be as consistent with learning computer coding, music literacy, guitar practice, music production, content creation for AlphaWolfTribe.com including podcast, blog and the completion and publication of my book “Love Try Repeat” with the consistency of my language practice of French, Spanish, Russian and Mandarin (currently on a 300 day streak). 💪🏼
Physical Health – In the form of a Yoga practice at home and in the Hot Yoga studio, zone 2 cardio, resistance training, mindful eating and quality restful sleep with the consistency of my daily walks.
Mental Health – Return to my daily meditation practice, gratuity practice in journal and contribute more support with the community.
All of these things are important to me and for me they are all connected to quality of life, growth, physical health and mental health in addition to longevity and prosperity.
I think that since it is the first of the month I have previously (do not quote me) stated on this blog that the beginning of the month makes sense to be when I will revisit my declared intentions to give you an update.
How has 2025 been so far for you?
I hope it is on track to be the best year you have experienced yet.
Whatever you want 2025 to be I know you can make it true. 💕

HABLAR & ESCUCHAR / PARLER & ÉCOUTER = “TO TALK & TO LISTEN” IN SPANISH 🇲🇽 / FRENCH 🇫🇷
I LOVE YOU 💓
Howl you doing❓
I hope everything is GREAT with you and at home 🥰
Today for you I have a post about communication with respect to whom you are communicating with and whether or not they are listening and if you feel heard and understood.
Who are those that you communicate with and why?
Are there different people that you speak with for different things?
Do you have certain things that you say that are more important than other things you say that makes you want to know if the other person or people heard you and understood?
How do you know when someone is listening to you?
How do you know if they understand what they heard?
How do you know what they understood is what you meant for them to know?
This post is more about your side of the conversation when it comes to what it is you can do when communicating considering you can’t control the other side of the conversation.
If you are trying to express something important and want to know if it was heard and understood and the other person doesn’t reply with something that satisfies that desire what do you do?If it was me in your shoes (your experience) and I felt what was said was not understood I would attempt to once again and as many times as necessary or that is possible repeat what I said but in a different way until the feedback that is provided by the listener leaves me convinced it was heard and understood.
Just because someone acknowledges that they heard you does not mean they understood what you said or your intention when saying it.
Do you notice yourself saying somethings in certain ways that are different than other things you say?
If yes do you do this intentionally or is it just something you noticed?
Maybe you might say something when you are happy and it sounds different when you aren’t. Maybe you say something when happy and for a particular reason say it different although you are also happy while saying it. For example maybe you are asking for something and ask for it by doing it in a way with your eyes, voice and/or body that you think will increase the chance you’ll get what you wanted.
If there is something you want to say that requires you to trust the person and feel safe being honest about what you need to say who comes to mind?
You can tell me anything and I will always have your back and if you need a trusted source start with your mom and grandma and if you need another consider a teacher of yours that can help you think of someone that could be a trusted listener. Most importantly don’t keep from saying what you meed to if it is important, there will be someone that will listen.
One more thing, I think out loud by speaking so I can hear my voice and I listen with the intent to reassure what it is I feel about what I am thinking about feels the same when I say it out loud and listen to my voice. So if you “talk to yourself” listen well, be kind and be honest.
To listen to what is being said pick up the other can and speak into it

Today for you I have a post about water, specifically different types of bodies of water.
I was surprised how many types of bodies of water there are when researching this post.
I could have named less than half of them although I have heard of the majority of them.
The types are separated by size, the surrounding environment, movement and the characteristics of the water.
Here is a list of the different types of bodies of water: 1. Saltwater Bodies: • Ocean: Vast, deep, and saline. Covers about 71% of Earth’s surface. Divided into major oceans like the Atlantic, Pacific, and Indian. • Sea: Smaller than an ocean, often partially enclosed by land (like the Mediterranean Sea). • Gulf: A large body of saltwater partly surrounded by land, often with a narrow opening (like the Gulf of Mexico). • Bay: A smaller, coastal water body with a wide opening to the sea (like the Bay of Bengal). • Lagoon: A shallow, calm, saltwater body separated from a larger sea by a barrier like a sandbank or coral reef.
2. Freshwater Bodies: • River: A flowing freshwater body that usually starts in higher elevations and moves toward a lake, sea, or ocean (like the Nile River). • Stream: A smaller, fast-flowing body of water, often feeding into rivers. • Lake: A large, still freshwater body surrounded by land (like Lake Superior). • Pond: A small, still body of water, often shallow and rich in plant and animal life. • Spring: A natural water source where groundwater flows to the surface.
3. Mixed or Brackish Water: • Estuary: Where a river meets the sea, mixing freshwater and saltwater. Rich in biodiversity.
4. Other Unique Types: • Glacier: A large, slow-moving mass of ice formed from compacted snow. • Wetland: An area where water covers the soil, like marshes and swamps. They can be freshwater, saltwater, or brackish.
I have seen most of the different types of bodies of water and been in most that I have seen.
One day I would like to experience a natural hot spring (spring heated naturally by the earth) and also see icebergs in person.
What is your favorite type of body of water? For me it is an Ocean yet I am also fond of the Great Lakes.
