What is the earliest you ever woke up? I know one of you told me you woke up early to travel to Florida. I think the earliest I would wake up consistently was in Army boot camp, around 445 every morning.
Now I wake up when I am well rested and not to alarm.

Today is Dec 24 2022 and this morning my keep was frozen to the point it couldn’t start. (The Mitten).
No worries, I asked for assistance from my family and your uncle David is going to help me get it going so that I can come to your grandparents house *mom and dad* and spend time with them on the holiday. Xmas to me is about seeing family because in our culture most people do not have to work on Xmas and Xmas Eve so they will most likely all be available.

Our foundation each day rest on a grade of quality sleep. Stronger your sleep, more even and sound what goes above. With poor quality sleep, and worse consecutive or regular nights of poor sleep would be to build on top of a steep hill with your back to the level valley.
