I hope everything is GREAT with you and at home 🥰

Today for you I have a post about uber being convenient, expensive and used frugally.

I also feel like I have a driver (when I do) and I could get used to working while traveling similar to the bus but more quiet.

Howl you doing❓

I hope everything is GREAT with you and at home 🥰

Today for you I have a post about the amazing weather and amazing timing of the amazing weather.

I have been going back and forth to the old spot to clean and pack.

Because the power is off in that unit I have a window of time I can get stuff done and then only one bus ride away from a shower.

I still have a few things to get from my old apartment (less than a days work left) but with no power there and even hot weather I am pacing myself.

I look forward to future updates about the new spot.

These days are days of celebration and that of reflection.

PAS {paws} / PAS {pa} = “PACE” IN SPANISH 🇲🇽 / FRENCH 🇫🇷

I LOVE YOU 💓

Howl you doing❓

I hope everything is GREAT with you and at home 🥰

Today for you I have a post about having a “stiff neck” in the morning or really anything that feels stiff from sleeping in an awkward position.

I am sleeping on a semi new sleep system and a couple days ago I woke up with a stiff neck.

I was staying mindful of this throughout the last 48 hours and have been continuously stretching the areas around my neck that is stiff and for the most part I have not really noticed it throughout the day.

I will be slowly moving things from my old place to my new place over the course of the next day or two and I am glad I did not have to do any heavy lifting in the last couple days to maybe delay. the healing that has occurred.

I LOVE YOU 💓

Howl you doing❓

I hope everything is GREAT with you and at home 🥰

Today for you I have a post about the concept of “take only what you need” and “take what allows you to give more”.

If I buy paper towel in bulk and save $100 dollars a year, if I buy $100 worth of anything and donate it I spent the same amount of money if I had only bought paper towel one roll at a time as I needed.

Something to consider.

I LOVE YOU 💓

Howl you doing❓

I hope everything is GREAT with you and at home 🥰

Today for you I have a post about how interesting the sky looked this evening.

There is the smoke coming in from Canada from the wildfires north of here that is making the sky hazy.

Although it did cool things down slightly it was also still hot and humid and the air quality is compromised due to the smoke.

However today the sun looked pretty cool in the sky because you could actually look at it without sunglasses and if you just looked at it for a second or two it did not hurt the eyes (at least for me) and that was a unique thing that happens rarely in that way seeing the sun without having protection or squinting.

Here is a photo below and this was not at night.
