I hope everything is GREAT with you and at home 🥰

Today, for you, I have a post about walking and not just walking but walking for fun and to commute.

Today after this post I will be walking to yoga. Usually or at least lately I would be taking the bus but today the weather is nice so I will be walking instead. Not only will I get to the studio with time to spare rather than arriving at the last minute via the bus, I will also be able to get some fresh air and light exercise because of it.

Walking also offers potential photo opportunities and when walking I also find it meditative and often a productive time with my thoughts.

It is amazing how quickly you gain strength in your heart and legs when walking even after only a few days.

The health and financial benefits are often obvious when thinking about what is positive about walking but the time spent observing your thoughts is not always highlighted.

In 2025 one of my goals was to walk more recreationally and I am happy to report I have been honoring that intent.
