GOOD MORNING TO THE SON AND THE SKY❕👋🏼
A TRAVÉS DE {ah-tra-vase-day} / À TRAVERS {ah-tra-vare} = “ACROSS” IN SPANISH 🇲🇽 / FRENCH 🇫🇷
I LOVE YOU 💓
Howl you doing❓
I hope everything is GREAT with you and at home 🥰
Today, for you, I have a post about the concept of cross platform.
There is the concept that allows one thing that is different than another thing that is not itself being compatible with the thing that it is not in a way that it would be compatible (from whatever platform those two separate things are located that is not the same thing or in the same location) if that thing was the same as the thing that is different.
This can look like one architecture (let’s use Apple as an example, shout out Jobs) line of products that share designed overlap with the various operating systems under the umbrella of Apple’s Chief Operating System to include the organizations operations and procedures that are embedded in the Product / User experience (organizational philosophy (whether established initially or later with or without the founder being the author of philosophy.
Apple has multiple devices (products) that users would connect accounts to such as there Apple ID User account and iCloud email account.
The user who made their initial apple purchase will create an account for that user’s device that assigns that device to that user by assigning that user’s Apple ID to the device physical address (MAC address) distinguishing that specific device similar to an American’s Social Security Number.
Now to communicate with your device registered to you specifically you will need to create an email account using the native email app if you want to message users that utilize a different Chief Operating System other than Apple’s native Messages app.
Once you have created an account you can now interact with the Apple infrastructure the way it is possible given an initial common reference point as to allow user continuity across devices running different operating systems.
An iMac uses the macOS operating system and has used that operating system since its initial version and this is why I refer to Chief Organizational Operating System (includes the philosophy and technical aspects of the products intent and capability. Later Apple would use the initial OS built with the Mac being the product the operating systems was designed for with the intent to create the Apple User Experience in addition to a consumer product (home computer).
An iPhone uses a separate operating system designed by apple. This iPhone uses the iOS operating system and is built as an extension to the Apple User experience. It took years after the debut of the iPhone for the ability for user continuity across multiple devices for the first time and would later introduce Apple specific communication abilities between Apple devices that is a superior means of data transfer when both users utilize apple devices with updated software.
An iPad uses another operating system as well as the Apple Watch.
The user can be signed in to all 4 devices with the same Apple ID.
This is cross platform.
There is also “seamless” cross platform (my term) which allows you to do anything you would on any device to be possible to have that same template of experience available regardless of what device you are signed into with the same User ID.
Apple does not have “seamless” cross platform because the products do not translate with respect to product ability to function the same way the user would interact with them in order to achieve a result in the same fashion.
For example if you want to edit a video using an iWatch, it is not possible the way that is with a desktop so much so it would not make any sense to edit a video on an Apple Watch if you also have an Apple iMac with a keyboard. The operating systems theoretically could be seamless but the interface the user is utilizing having intents that would be certainly most appropriately potentially fulfilled with a device that has an intended use that is the task at hand. An example of one device being more appropriate than another for a specific task at hand is macOS native Pages app not being a native app for the Apple Watch (typing a novel on an iWatch would be far less efficient than using a keyboard on the MacOS desktop even if there was a native Pages app on the Apple Watch).
Cross platform in a nutshell is the ability to have continuity of your experience from one device to the next.
This applies to 3rd party hubs that create the potential for cross platform experiences with respect to not just devices but Architecture. This would allow Apple Users to be able to interact with PC Users in a way that the two Architectures grr are not compatible the way Apples Devices that use the same Operating System Legacy code are compatible with one another.
An example of a 3rd party hub is an organization that allows different types of Operating Systems not from the same legacy code that have coded the bridge between User Operating Systems that are not compatible with one another. By designing a interface that is observed in a similar way regardless of what platform was utilized to gain access to the server to create enough overlap to allow with a specific intent the access to the same experience to include interacting with one another that are using 3rd party hub as if Apple and PC were directly compatible without a hub.
An example of this would be Sony’s Playstation Network Users being able to interact with Xbox Live’s Users that are playing the same game in real time allowing the pool of active online players to be a larger number creating less wait times in lobbies, extends longevity of game specific community online presence (just to name a few considerations of the expansion of potential of User experience).
The ability to play with users that have different consoles allows one who only has access to one type of console wanting to play with another user who only has access with a different console than you have been made possible with the addition of the 3rd party hub facilitated an experience previously not available in the User experience.
I LOVE YOU❕

THIS DAY IN HISTORY MARCH 05:
The first Winter Olympic Games were held in Chamonix, France.
Honorable Mention: The 2026 Olympic Winter Games has recently concluded and with the continuity from the first Olympic Winter Games in 1924 and the return of the event to the continent the games originated, a few notable historic occasions:
Norway led the medal table for the fourth straight Winter Olympics.
Norway also set a record for most medals at one Winter Olympics (41).
Brazil won its first Winter Olympic medal and first gold in history.
Georgia also won its first Winter Olympic medal.
THESE THREE STEPS BELOW WILL ALLOW YOUR EXPERIENCE OF THE GAME CALLED LIFE TO REVEAL YOUR POTENTIAL
1} LEAD WITH LOVE
