Today for you I have a post about the passage of time and how it appears to accelerate as I age (seemingly).

This past year has been crazy fast.

I can hardly believe that there are only a little more than 3 months left in 2026❕

With still so much time left this year it also feels like there is hardly any time left.

I noticed this first when growing up before I was an adult (if memory serves me correct).

Christmas used to seem so far away when I was a kid and it was one of the few times a year that I used as a reference to how far away something was (I was born right by Christmas so I did not have a distinction between the separate times of year).

Now I use Black Friday as a reference when considering renewing or potentially new annual subscriptions (to save money with both annual pricing and Black Friday promotional pricing on top of it).

With the holidays right around the corner I am looking forward to my favorite time of year this Autumn.
