Today for you I have a post about something that is kind of a big deal. It is and it isn’t.

Today I just found out that the world’s best salsa is freshly chopped boiled peppers with water, salt and pepper.

One thing is to have enough water to pepper ratio (and s and p) to briefly soak a chip in the water to spread the salsa out further and get the same vibe.
