👋
I love you all
After returning home from a lunch time yoga class I feel rejuvenated. I love yoga and it is nice getting it early in my day.

Good Morning!
I love you all
What is the earliest you ever woke up? I know one of you told me you woke up early to travel to Florida. I think the earliest I would wake up consistently was in Army boot camp, around 445 every morning.
Now I wake up when I am well rested and not to alarm.

🎅 HO HO HO
I LOVE YOU ALL
Today is Dec 24 2022 and this morning my keep was frozen to the point it couldn’t start. (The Mitten).
No worries, I asked for assistance from my family and your uncle David is going to help me get it going so that I can come to your grandparents house *mom and dad* and spend time with them on the holiday. Xmas to me is about seeing family because in our culture most people do not have to work on Xmas and Xmas Eve so they will most likely all be available.
Enjoy your time with family and friends

Good day!
I love you all
Sleep is the most important routine I have. It is important to find balance when it comes to recovery and growth. Recover so that you can grow, not the other way around.
Our foundation each day rest on a grade of quality sleep. Stronger your sleep, more even and sound what goes above. With poor quality sleep, and worse consecutive or regular nights of poor sleep would be to build on top of a steep hill with your back to the level valley.

Hola!

Have you ever heard an apple a day keeps the doctor away?
How about apples given to teachers as gifts of appreciation? (this is probably before your time)?
An apple also contain cyanide in the core. Also allegedly played a role in eternal suffering but who knows?
It’s a fruit. It was given to teachers. I enjoy them. That’s enough for me.
I was going to talk about apples and health but now I think it’s better to throw an apple at the screen and see what sticks.

Hi! 🎤
I love you all
Today I will share with you a quick music lesson. I know at least one of you has played the recorder (wind instrument) and you may be aware that each sound you make is a different note.
This is a scale that has a cool name… The Major Scale
This is the C Major Scale
C D E F G A B C
If you play the white keys on a piano, no matter what note you choose, it will always be in this order whether you go left or right and then repeat itself once you reach the end of the Scale (Notice the 2nd C).
In the center of the piano the white key to the left of the 2 black keys nearest center is the C note. If you played the white key next to the C, it would be D, then they white key to the right would be E, then F….

What is your favorite animal?
Mine is obviously a 🦒… just kidding. Wolf Love my favorite animal has to be a dog.
Of course I embody the spirit of a wolf (mindset) however I have never appreciated an animal more than my buddy Sigfreed. Dogs come from wolves so my answer is still Wolf lol

HI!
I love you all
I like writing in my journal and my intention which is not always fulfilled is for it to be a daily practiced.
I didn’t always do this but lately I have been taking extra time with my journal entries to “make them pretty”. It takes a little bit longer but I have more fun signing off looking at something that serves an original purpose but now includes an element of fun that allows me to be more consistent with my practice. First it was adding color to the journal entries then later illustrations, stickers and various mediums of art to create a layered artistic vibe that gave me opportunity to practice multiple disciplines at once.
I hope you get to experience journaling by checking it out for yourself.
