Have you ever noticed how you can’t just stop while running? It takes a few steps to slow down to a full stop. This can be something that works for or against you. It helps when you need just a little bit extra when you want to stop as far ahead as possible. It can also be what causes you to take too many steps before you needed to stop. With each consecutive action you add momentum to that action… whether the action is positive or negative.
