I hope everything is GREAT with you and at home 🥰
Today, for you, I have a post about making each day count and counting on nothing other than yourself to make the possibility of any given moment a pleasant moment.
What you do today can be something that improves the moment the experience is had and improves future experiences you have yet to have and even makes experiences of the past something that can be used as a tool or comparison to the growth of what is available in the present moment.
Let me explain.
If you want to improve the present moment by cooking a meal for yourself you can think about the past, present and future with how you would approach cooking that meal.
You could use prior experiences cooking that meal to have grown your ability to improve the result of that meal by what you have learned (the past). You could enjoy the process of preparing that meal (the present) and with the result being something that is better than previous results lending information to consider the next time you cook that meal with the meal having the intention to be a “healthy” meal having a positive effect on your future self (future) while also creating future results to be improved with the application of the same approach as the present meal.
You can learn from many things and one of those things is our past experiences. You can use our past experiences to create moments that the present reveals growth from our past by what we have learned from the past and using that lesson to be applied to the present moment create a higher potential of future experiences.
